STANDARD SHIPPING METHODS 

The standard method of shipping is via United Parcel Service (UPS) unless otherwise specified.

All goods will be shipped F.O.B., Los Angeles , California .

UPS Ground - Regular delivery speed, shipping times vary by destination. The tracking # will be sent to you by email notification or fax as soon as the merchandise has been shipped out.

Other UPS services such as (3 days selected, 2 day or the next day) are also provided with the customer special requests.

SHIPPING TURN-AROUND TIME

Shipping is guaranteed within 3 business days. 

For UPS Ground shipments:
  Orders placed before 12 p.m. PST - ship on third business day or earlier
  Orders placed after 12 p.m. PST - ship on fourth business day or earlier

For UPS Air shipments:
  Order placed before 1 p.m. PST - ship on the same day
  Order placed after 1 p.m. PST - ship next day or earlier

ALTERNATIVE SHIPPING METHODS

If your order is with 10 cases or more, you can designate trucking companies to ship your merchandise. Please provide the following information:

• Your Account Number (If applicable)    
• Trucking Company Name
• Address
• Telephone and Fax Numbers
• Shipping Method

Note: Shipments via designated trucking companies are on Freight Collect Basis only.
